What You’ll Do
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will:
- Research social trends, pop culture, and cultural insights to create engaging content.
- Collaborate with the Fresco team on multicultural marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating content across digital platforms (graphic design, photography, video, editing, copywriting).
- Support community engagement through events and outreach in Kansas City.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help maintain brand consistency and brainstorm fresh ideas.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates are undergraduate students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communicators with good writing skills.
- Enthusiastic about social media, culture, and community.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills (a plus, not required)
- Knowledge of multicultural marketing principles.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
- Photography, video editing, or photo editing experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
