  • Hi there, Thank you for choosing me as your fine line artist! Please ensure that you are reading through this form carefully and have read my FAQ before submitting so that you are aware of my process and how to prepare yourself for your appointment. If you are selected you will be contacted with a direct link to book. Deposit invoices will be sent along with booking link & must be paid within 24hrs of receiving to secure your appointment. Forms that are filled out with alot of missing info are less likely to be chosen. If you are unsure of what you are wanting please try to still fill out as much as possible.

Submissions take around 2 weeks to go through so please be patient on response. Keep an eye on your email as i will require a deposit within 24 hours to reserve your spot. I ask that you please understand I am only able to take on so many people a month, so only igf you are selected, you will here back from me.
