Hi there, Thank you for choosing me as your fine line artist! Please ensure that you are reading through this form carefully and have read my FAQ before submitting so that you are aware of my process and how to prepare yourself for your appointment. If you are selected you will be contacted with a direct link to book. Deposit invoices will be sent along with booking link & must be paid within 24hrs of receiving to secure your appointment. Forms that are filled out with alot of missing info are less likely to be chosen. If you are unsure of what you are wanting please try to still fill out as much as possible.
