To allow ASC to further its aims in promoting the exchange of knowledge and experience, speakers are asked to complete this copyright release form, which gives ASC permission to publish presentations and papers from its conferences. ASC may also make and release audio and/or video recordings from its events, for which permission is also sought.

ASC is a non-profit organisation that will not seek commercial gain from presenters’ content. This will be made available either free or charge, or subject to a nominal charge to cover any costs involved in providing physical media.

To allow presenters to remove any material from the presentation they gave which is confidential or for which they do not have permission to publish on the web or in print, presenters may submit a revised copy of their slides within five working days of the event. ASC will publish the latest version of each deck of slides received. Presenters will also be able to request for specific sections to be removed from video or audio transcripts, for the same reasons, and ASC may at its discretion remove the entire presentation if the content is no longer comprehensible.

NOTE: To be completed and signed by the lead presenter as representative of all beneficial owners of the presentation or paper (which may be an organisation, corporation or partnership) and submitted to the ASC in advance of the conference.

Declaration
1. As the lead presenter representing the beneficial owner(s) of the paper/presentation with the title: Presentation* to be presented at the conference Conference* on the Date* I/we hereby grant ASC permission to reproduce the material I/we provide free of charge and without limitation in perpetuity.
2. This includes, but is not limited to publishing the material on its website or as proceedings in print, allowing ASC to make audio or video recordings of the presentation and to release these to the public via its website or other channels chosen by the ASC.

3. Copyright ownership and all other rights to the material are retained by me/us. Specifically this means that ASC may not in turn grant permission to others to republish this material and will refer all such requests to me/us using the contact details which we will provide.

4. Neither may ASC publish the material for profit and any charge it makes for accessing or providing the material to anyone will be limited to recovering the cost of media and distribution or other costs necessarily incurred by ASC in publishing the material.

5. ASC will publish the entire content that I/we provide and attribute it to the authors with their affiliations shown as at the time the conference took place.

6. In the case of a written paper which will be subject to peer review, ASC will publish the final copy of the paper which includes any revisions arising from the review process.

7. I/we also authorise ASC to take still images or make audio or video recordings of my/our presentation and release to the public under the same conditions as described above.
