Here at Health Brigade, we offer mental health support for pregnant or recently pregnant individuals (up to 12 months post-pregnancy). We offer weekly counseling sessions in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Our counseling resident, Mindy Schuler, speaks Spanish and English and can schedule sessions in person or via telehealth.
