  • By signing below, I agree to:

    Participation in the programme

    • Attend Mass every Sunday and Holy Day of obligation with my child.
    • Attend the parents meeting and parents sessions (see programme dates below for details)
    • Ensure my child attends all classes (see programme dates  below for details), arrives five minutes prior to the start and is picked up no later than the scheduled end time.
    • Contact the parish office asap if my child cannot attend a class.
    • Purchase the child and parent copies of the programme at the Parents Meeting (details to be confirmed).
    • Ensure my child brings their copy of the resources and a pen / pencil to each session.
    • Take part in regular family prayer, discussions and complete any course homework with my child within deadline.

    First Aid

    • Any first aid/medical treatment that my child may need in an emergency.

    Photographs

    • I understand that group/activity photographs will be taken during the First Holy Communion Mass, in line with the Church’s policy. I give my consent to this and for the images to be shared on the Cathedral's social media pages.

    • I hereby give my permission for the above details to be stored securely for the sole purpose of communicating regarding the First Holy Communion programme. I understand that these details will not be shared with any other party without my prior permission.
