You agree to pay the non-refundable fees described in this Service Agreement plus applicable taxes or other government charges. This Service Agreement is month-to-month, unless either party provides the other with 30 days' written notice that it does not wish to renew.

This Service Agreement is subject to the Vero HCM Terms of Service Agreement located at https://www.verohcm.com/terms-and-conditions ("Service Agreement").

In the event of any conflict between this Service Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, this Service Agreement will control.

This Service Agreement is between Vero HCM LLC and Client as of the Effective Date specified below. Each of us may sign this Service agreement using an electronic or handwritten signature, which is of equal effect, whether on original or electronic copies.
