  • Membership Terms and Conditions

    1. Membership Fee and Payment: The annual cost of the Membership is $295.00 USD (the "Membership Fee"). By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full Membership Fee to that payment method.

    2. Automatic Renewal: By signing up for the Membership, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your membership will automatically renew on an annual basis. Unless you cancel your membership before your renewal date, you authorize us to charge the then-current annual Membership Fee to your payment method on file. We will send you a reminder notification prior to the renewal date, as required by applicable law.

    3. Cancellation by You (No Refunds): You may cancel your Membership at any time by emailing our team at members@paradisecityarts.com.

    • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your membership will not renew for the next year. However, membership fees are non-refundable. You will not receive a refund or credit for any portion of the current membership year.
    • Continued Access: Following cancellation, you will continue to have full access to all Membership benefits until the expiration of your current one-year term.

    4. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your Membership at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, upon written notice to you.

    • Termination for Cause: If we terminate your membership due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct, you will not receive a refund.
    • Termination Without Cause: If we terminate your membership for business reasons unrelated to your conduct (e.g., discontinuation of the program), you will receive a prorated refund of the Membership Fee based on the number of full months remaining in your current one-year term.
    • Termination due to Ineligibility: To be eligible for Membership, you must have exhibited in at least one show. If you are ineligible, you’ll receive a full refund.

    5. Membership Benefits, Usage, and Limitations:

    • Free Applications: Members receive up to four (4) free show applications per twelve-month membership year. To qualify for a free application, your Membership must be active on the exact date that Paradise City Arts officially launches the respective Call For Entry. 
    • Discounted Advertising: Members are eligible for discounted advertising rates (up to 40% off) in our guide, with a maximum limit of four (4) discounted advertisements per twelve-month membership year. To qualify for this discount, your Membership must be active on the exact date Paradise City Arts launches the respective advertising solicitation. Unused discount opportunities do not roll over to subsequent membership years.
    • Additional Benefits: Membership may include other features and perks (such as promotional pages or other fixed-value benefits) as outlined in our current membership materials. The availability and scope of these additional benefits are subject to change at the discretion of Paradise City Arts.

    6. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to change and modify Membership services at any time. If we make changes that materially affect your current membership and you choose to cancel your membership, you will receive a prorated refund of the Membership Fee based on the number of full months remaining in your current one-year term.

    7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes that materially affect your rights or the operation of the auto-renewal, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account.
