Media Release Waiver
I here by grant San Pablo Economic Development Corporation, its representatives, employees, and agents the right to take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of me in connection with {eventName}. I authorize San Pablo Economic Development Corporation to use, reproduce, and publish such media for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, advertising, promotional materials, social media, and educational purposes.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the media.
