OVERVIEW

 We’re looking for the next class of bold, beauty-obsessed college ambassadors to represent LYS Beauty on your campus and online for the 2026/2027 academic year. Students who don’t just follow trends, they start them. You fit the bill if you’re chronically online (in the best way), plugged into campus life, and love capturing and posting content! As extensions of the brand, you show up exactly as you are, with your own signature style, point of view, and interpretation of beauty. 

Being part of our College Confidence Crew means being a disruptor—in the best possible way. You’re not afraid to challenge outdated beauty norms, redefine what confidence looks like, and create space for others to do the same. You’re the friend everyone wants to sit next to in class, the one who can strike up a conversation with anyone, and the person people trust for the real, unfiltered recs.

Applicants must live in the United States.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Show up 100% your self, 100% of the time
Attend our monthly virtual masterclasses to deepen your beauty expertise. These sessions featuring a rep from the brand covers everything from perfecting your application techniques to discovering trends, hacks, and creative ways to promote LYS Beauty.

Post with purpose
Share your LYS experience at least once per month on both Instagram and TikTok. Posts can include tutorials, GRWMs, B&As, or your take on current trends. Use your personalized discount code and tag @lysbeautyofficial and hashtags in all content.

Keep it real…always!
Stay true to your personal style and beauty philosophy—this program is about authenticity, not chasing every trend. Disclose partnerships in line with FTC guidelines (#ad or #gifted).

Engage and support
Interact with fellow ambassadors’ content. Comment, share, and cheer each other on by replying to followers’ questions and create an inclusive, welcoming space in your DMs and comments.

Represent our brand
Be a positive, respectful representative of LYS Beauty both online and in person.
