The Foundation for Delaware County and The Community's Foundation invite students who reside in the Chester-Upland School District who are pursuing a career in the healthcare field to apply for the Dr. James E. Clark Healthcare Professions Scholarship. This award is designed to support individuals committed to advancing health and wellness in our community, by helping them cover the cost of college, vocational training or other healthcare-education programs.
