Future Generation Social Media Policy
Please read, sign, and date the following guidelines outlining Future Generation's use of social media in the classroom and as a marketing tool.
- Future Generation may post my child's picture on their social media site(s) for marketing
- I understand that my child's photograph may be placed on other parent's social networking sites when they are present in the classroom as a third party for classroom events.
- I understand that the center's means of mass communication is via the Tadpoles Parent App.
- Currently, Future Generation uses Facebook and Instagram as well as their website, www.fgkids.org to market to the community.
- Future Generation's accounts are set up so that parents may "like" a post and share that "like" with friends-Commenting is not permitted.
- As stated in the Parent Code of Conduct, parents are not permitted to be "friends" with staff members of Future Generation on any form of social media. Relationships are meant to remain in the professional realm.
- As always, your respect of Future Generation's policies and procedures is greatly appreciated and valued.
I understand and agree to abide by the above-stated Social Media policy. I acknowledge that failure to follow the above guidelines may compromise my child's learning space at Future Generation.

Future Generation Early Learning Centers Parent Code of Conduct
At Future Generation, respect is a core value that is woven into our philosophy and taught to children every day. As part of our school community, it is essential that all parents and guardians understand and adhere to the following expectations outlined in our Parent Code of Conduct.
- By enrolling my child at Future Generation, I agree to the following:
  
  I will not use profanity, physical violence, threatening gestures, or inappropriate tones with any child, adult, or employee while on Future Generation property or at school- sponsored events.
- I will remain in control of my actions and behavior at all times.
- I will respect confidentiality, understanding that protecting the privacy of both children and adults is essential to maintaining a positive and professional environment. Breaches of confidentiality can cause significant harm to reputations and relationships.
- If I have a concern, question, or complaint, I will address it through the appropriate channels by completing a Parent/Educator Communication Form and following the center's communication procedures.
- While I reserve the right to discipline my own child, I understand that I may never discipline or reprimand other children at any time.
- I will refrain from using physical discipline with my child while on Future Generation property or during off-site field trips and school events.
- I understand that the relationship between Future Generation employees and parents must remain professional at all times. Personal relationships, private arrangements, and fraternization outside of the school setting are not permitted. This includes contact through social media platforms. I will not "friend," follow, or communicate with employees on social media.
- I acknowledge that the use or presence of nicotine, alcohol, marijuana, or other controlled substances is strictly prohibited on Future Generation grounds. I will ensure that my child does not arrive at the center smelling of any such substances.
I understand that failure to adhere to this Parent Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of my child's enrollment at Future Generation.
