Summer Internship Application

All applications are due by March 10th, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Early applications are encouraged because positions are limited. Application Process

1- Submit Intern Application Form
This application may take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours to complete. Please answer each question thoughtfully and honestly. Once you have submitted your application, we will run your background check and contact your references.
2- Evaluations Round
Once we receive your references, you will be notified if you are moving to the next round. If you are moving on to the evaluations round, you will receive an email with a few assessments for you to complete. These help us get to know you better!
3- Interview Round
Once we receive the results from your assessments and review them, you will be notified if you are moving on to the next round. If you are moving on to the interviews round, we will contact you to set up your interview/s. Interviews may include a group interview, an interview with a One Hope staff member, and an interview with the Internship Director.
4- Decision & Notification
Following your interview/s, we will contact you with a decision about your application. This can be as soon as a week following your final interview.
5- Onboarding
If you are accepted for the internship, we will send you an agreement form and onboarding information.We know this is a multi-step process, and we appreciate your time. Our goal is to serve our neighborhood and our applicants well by bringing in interns who are a good fit for this program. Your desire to serve alongside us is an encouragement to us! Interns are expected to attend Springs of Grace Church during their internship to experience life in a local neighborhood church*
The internship is more than a full time job; it's an immersive experience living and serving in the neighborhood! It includes studying, reading, working in kids and youth programs, going on multiple outreaches each day, and more! It's feels like being on a mission trip for the summer. Taking classes, going on trips, or working an additional job is not usually possible. (We can usually help athletes accommodate their workouts).*
To be eligible for this internship, you must be available for the Intern Launch and Retreat starting June 1st.*
To be eligible for this internship, you must be available for the Intern Exit Retreat August 2nd-5th.*
