  • Please use the form below to register for the 2026 Commencement celebrations in Forest City, IA on May 1-2, 2026. A full schedule of the weekend celebration can be found at waldorf.edu/graduation.

    • Ceremony Fees:
      • Undergraduate: $125
      • Graduate: $160

    Residential students, please note: You should complete and submit this form at least one semester prior to the semester in which you will be completing your graduation requirements. Once you complete the form, the results will be emailed to the Registrar's Office and a copy will be sent to the email address you provide below. If you have completed your graduation audit, please fill out the form to participate in this year's commencement ceremony.

    Please consult your academic advisor or the Registrar, prior to adding or dropping classes after you apply for graduation. Failure to do so may result in delaying your graduation.

    • Waldorf University holds two Commencement Ceremonies once a year* for all participating graduates. The Commencement Ceremony will be held May at the Boman Fine Arts Center in Forest City, IA. There is a $125 CHARGE to participate. 

      *Those who apply for Fall Graduation would participate in our May graduation ceremony.

      I understand that participation in the Commencement Ceremony does not certify clearance for graduation. Additionally, I understand that I am only walking in the ceremony and that my degree will be awarded at the time all of my degree requirements have been completed as per the guidelines set forth by the Waldorf University catalog and my department(s) of study. I also understand that a fee of $125 will be applied to my account for the Commencement Celebrations which covers the costs of caps, gowns, honor chords, diploma covers, et al.
