Coaching Policy - Rules and Conditions
Rules and Conditions for Coaching at Ngaruroro Raceway, 166 Mere Road, Fernhill, Hastings

1. Respect the grounds and our facility and take all rubbish away with you.
2. The Mini track is for mini riders and bikes only aged 4 to 11 years.
3. No unauthorised modifications or alterations to the track, jumps, or facilities are permitted..
4. As a coach you are liable for and must look after any Medical/Injury issues that could arise during your coaching. You must provide your own first aid equipment and be trained/competent in first aid response.
5. Coaches are responsible for having a plan in place in case of an accident, including contacting emergency services and notifying the club.
6. Coaches must ensure that all riders (and parents/guardians if under 18) have signed a track waiver/indemnity form prior to participating.
7. Coaches are to collect $20 track fee per rider and pass this onto the club.
8. Coaches are fully responsible for the riders under their supervision, including ensuring all riders wear full and correct safety gear (helmet, boots, gloves, goggles, armour, etc.).
8. Please keep gate closed at all times

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the grounds and/or a permanent ban from the facility.
