A non-competitive mentoring program to develop poise, self-confidence, social skills and friendships among girls ages 5-10 who reside in Grays Harbor County, WA.
To be eligible to participate, a princess must:
- Be between the ages of 5-10
- Be able to attend all rehearsals
- Supply a party dress (knee length or full length)
- Supply production number outfit (coordinator’s choice)
- Submit payment for required fees
- Application Due: November 30, 2025

LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING:
The following rules will help the Raindrops understand what is expected of them at pageant and rehearsals.
- A Raindrop must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times, until/unless they are released backstage with princess coordinators at pageant/rehearsals.
- A Raindrop will not make an appearance in her community wearing her crown or sash unless she is making an official appearance with the Miss Grays Harbor Scholarship Organization.
- This is not a pageant or a “title,” it is a mentoring program. There are no refunds of any fees.
- All Raindrops ages 6-10 are eligible to participate in the Miss Washington’s Teen Pinecone program and will need to register and pay fees through the state.
