    ✅ Pre-Festival Setup

    Wednesday 25 November

    🌲Tree setup time: 11:00am – 3:00pm

    ⛪ St. Mary's Church, Church Street


     
    🕓 Festival Opening Hours

    Wednesday 25 November- 4pm to 8:30pm
    through to 3rd December, church open daily and all welcome. 
     The trees will be on display until 1pm Thursday 3rd. 


    🧹 Post-Festival
    3rd December Tree removal: from 1pm to 6pm. 

     

    We hope to be able to provide festive entertainment in the days the festival is on, so please keep an eye on CTC and St Mary's social pages.

    We’re inviting you to showcase a decorated Christmas tree that reflects who you are and what you do — whether that’s your group, business, school, or personal passion. Let your creativity shine!

    🌟 Tree Guidelines

    🌲 Bring along a tree of your choice (trees not provided by CTC or St Marys)
    🌲 4ft trees recommended — we encourage reuse of existing trees
    🌲 A few larger trees may be accommodated
    🔋 Battery-powered lights only (no mains power)🔋Please bring spare batteries

  • The showcase of trees is designed to promote you and what you do so please provide a short bio about your group/organisation/business.

    This text will be used to create a sign that sits alongside your tree and also in the festival guide.

    By requesting to display a tree at the Calne Christmas Tree Festival, you are agreeing to the following:

    📸 Images may be used publicly to promote the event
    🛠️ Set-up and pack-down times must be followed
    ⛪ Work collaboratively with the church team during installation and removal times
    📣 Promote your entry on social media using the hashtag #calnechristmas and tagging @Calne Town Council
