    🛠️ Exhibitor Info:

    Booths are 10x10 only this year, separate from the overland area. A special area adjacent to the field is available for van/vehicle/overland companies.
    Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    Priority is given, and complimentary to, OBA Members: Outdoor Industry 2.0-5.0 (gear manufacturers, outfitters, retailers and non-profits in WNC).
    Applications are approved on a rolling basis and we will contact you regarding approval.

    Must be an active OBA member to complete this section. OBA Outdoor Industry Members (2.0 - 5.0) members receive a complimentary 10x10 space, pending availability, with membership. Spaces will be allocated on a rolling basis.
  • Booth Space Request: Please check all that apply. Vending space is extremely limited this year. Most booth spaces will be 10x10 and are best suited for tables and pop-up tents. If your setup requires a vehicle to be part of your display (e.g., food truck, trailer, mobile boutique), please indicate below — you will be assigned to the designated vehicle area.*

    Outdoor oriented Non-Profits, non-members can apply for a lower priced ($100) or shared 10X10 booth space on a first come, first serve basis. Limited space available.
