🛠️ Exhibitor Info:

Booths are 10x10 only this year, separate from the overland area. A special area adjacent to the field is available for van/vehicle/overland companies.
Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Priority is given, and complimentary to, OBA Members: Outdoor Industry 2.0-5.0 (gear manufacturers, outfitters, retailers and non-profits in WNC).
Applications are approved on a rolling basis and we will contact you regarding approval.

If you plan on offering on-site demos or off-site demos that originate from the festival, you are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming: Outdoor Business Alliance (PO Box 6216, Asheville, NC 28816) and New Belgium Brewery Asheville, NC, 28806) as additional insured with Outdoor Business Alliance, PO Box 6216, Asheville, NC 28816 as the certificate holder. All COIs must be submitted to Vendor Coordinator: Dorene O'Malley, dorene@canecreek.com, by April 15, 2025. If no COI is on file, no demos will be allowed.

Booth Setup Description
How much time will you need for set up?

What vehicle will your be using to load/unload your booth?
We have limited space and some site constraints so we are wanting to ensure we can accommodate all vendor needs. If you are using a vehicle larger than a standard car, truck, or van we will reach out to discuss. There is no direct access to site by vehicle at New Belgium Brewery, please come prepared to load/unload by hand.

While everyone would love to have the late time slot, we do need to stagger set-up for purposes of flow. We will send out a specific 30 minute timeframe for arrival. All vendors must be completely set up, ready for doors to open no later than 11:30am*
