I hereby agree to hold Reagin Hoover and her pageant system, her staff, and the facility the pageant is held at completely harmless for any events which occur before, during, or after the event including, but not limited to theft, sickness, injury, accident, etc. I understand that I and/or my child enter into this pageant at my own risk and assume full responsibility for my own property and person. I understand that the decisions of the judges are final and any unsportsmanlike conduct from me or members of my family may be grounds for disqualifications without refund. I understand that no refunds will be given once received except if the pageant is cancelled. By signing and submitting this application, I agree that I am the legal guardian of the contestant or I am the contestant over 18 years old. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the pageant. We reserve the right to combined or delete categories if there are less than 2 contestants in the age group. Director also reserves the right to titles and prizes.
