  • The 42nd Annual Westfield Chamber Lantern Awards nominations are now open!

    The awards will be given out on January 29, 2026 and recognize the achievements made in the year 2025. These awards offer an important opportunity for you to nominate and uplift your peers.

    Multiple entries are allowed; however, winners are based on the quality of submission rather than the number of nominations. You must submit a separate form for each award category submission. 

    Scroll below for a description of each award category. An anonymous committee of community leaders will review nominations and vote on winners. Nominees must meet all qualifications for the category they've been nominated to be considered. Each person or business is only eligible to win one award per year. All nominations are confidential.

  • INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

    Westfield Lifetime Achievement Award (Luminary Award)

    The Westfield Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest honor bestowed upon individuals who bring credit over time to the Westfield Chamber and/or Westfield Community by their accomplishment, professional achievement, notoriety, or community service. This award aims to recognize individuals who are Chamber members. Individuals selected have achieved of professional excellence and/or have made years of meaningful contributions to their profession, the Westfield Chamber, or the City of Westfield as a whole.

    Citizen of the Year Award (Beacon Award)

    The Citizen of the Year Award is the highest honor bestowed upon a citizen of Westfield. This award recognizes individuals who have made a meaningful contribution to the greater good and represent the best of Westfield through their professional, volunteer, or personal outstanding efforts in 2025.

    Community Volunteer Award (Wick Award) 

    The Community Volunteer Award recognizes an individual member or company of the Westfield Chamber. They show compassion for addressing critical social, economic, and environmental needs throughout our society on either a local, state, national or international level.

    Westfield Young Professional of the Year (Rising Star Award)

    Annually, the Westfield Chamber recognizes up to three (3) young professionals under 40 and acknowledge them as Westfield’s most accomplished young citizens or individuals who work within the city limits and have made significant contributions to better Westfield or the Westfield Chamber. From those recognized, one individual is chosen as the Westfield Young Professional of the Year Award recipient.

  • INDUSTRY AWARDS

    Westfield Washington Schools Award of Distinction
    (Shamrock Excellence Award)
    The Westfield Washington Schools Award is awarded to an employee or former employee who made a significant contribution to the school district, the children it serves, or their fellow colleagues.

    Healthcare Award of Distinction
    The Healthcare Award is awarded to a healthcare organization or individual who has made a significant contribution to the City of Westfield, the residents it serves, or their fellow colleagues.

    First Responders Award of Distinction
    The First Responders Award is awarded to a first responder (police officer, firefighter, paramedic) who made a significant contribution to the City of Westfield, the residents it serves, or their fellow colleagues.

    City of Westfield Award of Distinction
    The City of Westfield Award is awarded to an exemplatory employee of the City of Westfield who made a significant contribution to the City of Westfield, the residents it serves, or their fellow colleagues.

     

    COMMUNITY AWARDS

    Outstanding Service Organization of the Year Award (Globe Award)
    The Outstanding Service Organization of the Year Award recognizes those non-profit organizations serving Westfield and/or Hamilton County who focus primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the community to which they serve; this includes faith community/church, charities, or service organizations. The organization recognized has shown exemplary support to the Westfield community while adhering to the non-profit's mission statement. The organization has a reputation for integrity in its dealings with client, volunteers, staff, or individuals.

    Community Event of the Year
    The Westfield Community Event of the Year recognizes a company or organization whose event significantly contributed to Westfield residents and/or the greater community.

  • BUSINESS & NON-PROFIT AWARDS

    New Partner of the Year Award (Spark Award)
    The New Partner of the Year Award recognizes a partner in good standing with the Westfield Chamber that has established a new Westfield business within the past three years. The business has contributed in meaningful ways to the Westfield community.

    The Westfield Chamber Business of the Year Cup is given to a business, one per size category, that has enhanced the Westfield Community in significant and noticeable ways. The company chosen actively supports the mission of the Westfield Chamber and is a partner in good standing. The business models positive and cooperative business practices with people and businesses in our community and has a demonstrated commitment to excellence.
