Missouri Manufactured Housing Association
The Missouri Manufactured Housing Association, established in 1963 by a group of industry members sharing similar concerns and interests, is the only professional statewide organization in Missouri dedicated to the interests of the manufactured and modular housing industry. Our sole purpose is to protect and enhance your business. MMHA belongs to its members, it is your association. It is governed by its fourteen member Board of Directors — elected by you, powered by you, and serving your needs. A vital addition to the activity of this group, however, is that provided by the membership. Member firms are large and small, manufacturers, retailers, builders, developers, service organizations, lenders, manufactured housing communities, suppliers, installers, contractors and transporters. All receive a constant flow of information to keep them up-to-date on trends, laws, proposed regulations, legal decisions, and day-to-day happenings that you need to effectively manage your business. A full-time staff in Jefferson City insures that the voice of manufactured and modular housing is heard in State government. Publications and media contacts keep the public and the industry informed of issues concerning manufactured and modular housing in Missouri.
