Content may be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, and other appropriate photo/video platforms, and shared across social media channels (Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.) either in full or as edited excerpts.By signing below, I grant permission for See NYC (a Breakout production) to record and use audio/visual images of me (or of my child, if signing as a parent/guardian) for the purposes stated above. I understand that Breakout will own the copyright and related rights to any material produced. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished photo or film prior to publication.Footage, still images, or excerpts may also be used for general promotional purposes by Breakout and partner organizations in the future. I understand that I (or my parent/guardian) may withdraw consent at any time by notifying the Breakout team.If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign this form.
