At The Warrior Factory, we are committed to providing a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants. As an Anti-Bullying Facility, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy for bullying in any form—verbal or physical.
To maintain a positive atmosphere:
- Any participant engaging in violent behavior (verbal or physical) toward staff or others will have their parents contacted for immediate pickup.
- Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions will result in a warning and a temporary sit-out. A second offense will require parental pickup.
Our coaches are dedicated to creating an engaging and enjoyable experience for all. While they are trained to coach fun and skill development, they are not responsible for managing behavioural issues. Please inform us in advance if your child has difficulty with self-control in group settings. We appreciate the cooperation of all participants and parents in upholding our community standards.
