These are not private residences but designated public areas that are easily accessible and secure.

To meet insurance and legal requirements, and to protect against fraud, all renters must complete ID verification. Please have the following ready: a valid U.S. driver’s license, a quick selfie, a matching payment card, and proof of insurance. Renters must be at least 25 years of age, with a valid license and no major recent violations (such as DUI, reckless driving, or license suspension). All names must match across your ID, insurance, and payment method. A $300 refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. By proceeding, you authorize HaulWorks HD Rentals to verify your identity and license. Your information is sent securely to our trusted third-party partner, Veriff, and is used strictly for business purposes.

For the safety and protection of HaulWorks HD Rentals, ID verification is required. If it isn’t completed, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit returned.

-After this form is submitted All renters will be given all information required to provide proof of full-coverage COMMERCIAL auto insurance prior to pickup. Your policy must include both liability and physical damage coverage that extends to rented vehicles. *HaulWorks HD Rentals must be Added on the Certificate of Insurance (COI).Proof must be sent via text or email after completed.

-If you do not have qualifying coverage, temporary rental insurance can be purchased through HaulworksHD rentals. This ensures that both you and the vehicle are fully protected throughout your rental term.
