Turnaround Time: 1-4 weeks

 

Measurements Needed: 

• Exact full bust measurement. Do not give bra size.
• Sleeve length to wrist
• Full exact hip measurement
• Waist measurement one inch above the belly button.
• Desired length from waist to hem not to exceed 27 inches

Thank you for your support of Always Pretty Couture. Please allow 2-5 weeks before shipping or local pick up of your custom made garment. These days DO NOT include weekends/holidays. You have provided your measurements and desired color in the note section of your order at the checkout screen. Upon completion of your garment an email will be sent to confirm local pick up or a tracking number from USPS for shipped orders only. There are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, and NO EXCHANGES. AP Couture will not be held responsible for fit ( if measurements provided are wrong by the customer), lost or damaged packages. There is a 3 day grace period from the day you receive item for customer to contact AP Couture about item if the item was done in error on AP Couture`s doing. By you placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms given above.

For AP Couture items, its immediate shipping unless stated as a pre-order. There are no refunds. No exchanges. There will ONLY be store credit should an item not fit. If returning an item, the customer is responsible for postage. And must be returned to Ashley within 3 days of customer receiving package.
