2026 CNJG Membership Application Form - CDFI Associate

  • Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Associate Member Application

  • Private financial institutions that are fully dedicated to delivering responsible, affordable lending to help low-income, low-wealth, and other disadvantaged people and communities join the economic mainstream. CDFIs that have any size of grantmaking portfolio should join as a Grantmaker member as a public Grantmaker. CDFIs that do not have a grantmaking portfolio, but are giving low-interest loans or making an impact through such vehicles can join as an Associate member.

  • CDFI annual dues for 2026 are $1,680.

    The membership period begins January 1st and runs through December 31. Those joining after July 1 will have their first year dues pro-rated by month. You can see the pro-rated amounts here.

  • We intend to pay the membership within 60 days via:

  • Once your application is submitted, CNJG will create an invoice for your organization from which to pay. Payment is accepted by check, EFT, ACH, or credit card. Please note, CNJG will add a 3% fee to every credit card purchase.

    The invoice will be e-mailed to the primary contact you designate later in this application.

  • Each month, we email members our CNJG News newsletter, which has information on our members' grants, announcements, personnel changes and more. We like to introduce our new members to the rest of the membership with a short paragraph about who you are and what you fund.

    Sample:

    The Stone Foundation of New Jersey is a small family foundation established in 2002. Its mission is to make grants to non-profits in the areas of environmental protection, social justice, education, and the arts with a focus on New Jersey particularly Monmouth County. The Foundation also makes grants to organizations beyond New Jersey which are of particular interest to its board members. Grants are no more than $25,000 and most grants are considerably smaller.
