"Eyes of Discovery" Portrait Tile Order Form
Photo or Logo Submission:
If you purchase a portrait tile, please provide a high-resolution photo in JPEG, GIF, TIFF, or PNG format. The Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert (CDMoD) reserves the right to review and approve all submitted images for quality and appropriate content.
Display Duration:
Portrait tiles will be displayed for at least three (3) years from installation. Continued display beyond this period is at the Museum's discretion. At renewal, the original tile purchaser will be offered the first right of refusal. The Museum will determine renewal pricing.
Fee: Each portrait or business tile is $250
