SATURDAY DECEMBER 6th at 5:45PM
The Sechelt Downtown Business Association is once again organizing the Sechelt Festival of Lights. We invite businesses, organizations, families, or anyone to participate in the Festival of Lights Parade. NO SANTAS please. MUSIC YES. LIGHTS YES. Safety person for each float.

Parade:

You will be emailed a map and directions PLEASE READ. Begins at 5:45 on Saturday on Cowrie St. DECEMBER 6th (Please arrive at Hackett Park no later than 5:15) you will be directed by traffic control to line up on Ocean Ave, Dolphin or Medusa. Light up your vehicle with Christmas lights powered by an inverter or a generator. No candy may be thrown from floats, it must be handed out by people on foot. Any persons on foot MUST have lights on their clothing for safety. Large vehicles please have spotters alongside for safety.

You will receive an email few days before the parade with SAFETY INFORMATION and your designated spot (number) in the parade.
