Volunteer at the East of the River Mutual Aid Winter Coat Pop-Up

We’re back! Join us for our next in-person pop-up this winter in partnership with community organizations and mutual aid groups to make sure our neighbors in Wards 7 & 8 are ready for the cold season.

We’ll be giving out free winter coats for adults and children, because no one should face the winter without warmth. We'll also be holding down a number of stations including: a kid's corner, books, hygiene kits, groceries, and diapers.

WHAT: East of the River Mutual Aid Winter Coat Pop-Up

WHEN: Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 1-4 p.m.

(Set up begins at 10 a.m.; breakdown from 3-4:30 p.m.)

There will also be volunteer roles in the days leading up to the event for sorting, prepping, and set-up.
