POWER SUPPLY & APPLICATION INFORMATION
It is the responsibility of stallholders to ensure sufficient power supply for all appliances and equipment used. The organiser is not responsible for inadequate power supply at your stall.
The organiser reserves the right to limit the number of appliances or equipment in use if the event’s generators reach capacity and cannot provide sufficient power.
Please select the correct number of power outlets required for your stall as above listed.
ENVIRONMENTAL & HEALTH INFORMATION
If any cooking is happening on site, food grade sanitiser and temperature probe thermometers are required. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Stall marquee locations will be allocated at the discretion of the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to adjust the stall layout plan without prior notice.
A limited number of stalls are available. All applications must be submitted by 17 January 2025, and may close earlier if the event becomes fully booked.
To be considered for stall hire, your application must be submitted together with full payment.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, all payments made by stallholders will be fully refunded.
If your application is unsuccessful, a full refund will be issued. All applicants (successful or not) will be notified within 21 days of receipt of the application and payment. The organiser reserves the right to accept or decline any application.
Stalls are limited, applications must be received by 17th January 2026 and may close earlier if allocations are exhausted.
