Terms & Conditions
1.1 Introduction:
Welcome to Geometric Connections (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging in any tours, experiences, subscriptions, or services, you (“guest” or “client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
“Guest” and “Client” are used interchangeably.
These terms clarify expectations, protect both parties, and establish a legal foundation under South African law and international law.
1.2 Nature of Services:
We provide experience-based guided tours, adventures, and spiritual journeys.
Participation is voluntary, and guests/clients acknowledge they do so at their own risk.
Geometric Connections is not a registered tour operator, but possesses extensive knowledge of the locations and activities offered.
1.3 Confidentiality & Content Protection:
All content, including photos, videos, written materials, and private/proprietary collections, is confidential.
Guests/clients agree not to download, share, distribute, or misuse content without permission.
Media captured may be used for marketing only with explicit consent.
Breach may result in civil liability under South African intellectual property law or international copyright protections.
1.4 Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk:
Guests/clients take responsibility for all risks, including injury, illness, or property damage.
Guests/clients indemnify and hold harmless Geometric Connections, its owners, and associates from any claims arising from participation.
This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted under South African law and international law, including negligence and civil liability claims.
1.5 Health & Fitness Requirements:
Guests/clients are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental readiness.
Geometric Connections is not a medical or therapeutic provider.
1.6 Respect & Conduct:
Guests/clients must treat fellow participants, staff, nature, and the environment with integrity.
1.7 Binding Agreement:
These Terms apply to all services, subscriptions, social media interactions, and future ventures.
Guests/clients agree not to pursue legal action for participation or access to proprietary content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
1.8 Legal Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed primarily by South African law.
To the extent permitted, these Terms also apply under international law for participants from other jurisdictions.
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through dialogue, then under South African jurisdiction if unresolved.
Privacy Policy
2.1 Introduction:
This Privacy Policy explains how Geometric Connections collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information under:
South Africa’s POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013)
International laws including GDPR
By booking or participating, you consent to these practices.

Full name, last name, contact details
ID/Passport number
Booking and payment information
Health or fitness info (optional)
Media content (photos/videos including you, with consent)

Comply with legal requirements under POPIA, GDPR, or other applicable international law

Service providers (booking, shuttle, accommodation)

Guests may request photos/videos not be used publicly

2.5 Storage & Security:
Secure electronic storage with limited access
Retained only as long as necessary for service or legal obligations

Prices for tours and experiences are available only upon request.
Guests/clients must contact us to confirm the activity before receiving pricing or invoices.
Invoices are issued only upon request electronically.
We do not provide additional accessibility accommodations; guests/clients requiring support are encouraged to contact us in advance.
Refund Policy
All bookings and payments are non-refundable unless discretionally approved by Geometric Connections.
Refunds are considered only at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest) do not entitle guests/clients to a refund.
Requests for discretionary refunds must be submitted in writing.
This policy is governed by South African law and applies internationally to all participants.
