  • Please complete the following drain down request form.

    We aim to complete your drain down within 7 working days of the request date and require at least 7 working days notice.

    We provide you with a guarantee on hot and cold pipes.

    Prices are £40 for non-central heating and £50 for central heating which will include an antifreeze test.

    Please be advised, due to the high volumes of requests of the same date we cannot offer this as an appointment service.

    Keys must be left at your park office or in a key safe. Payment must be made prior to works being carried out.
