Overnight Accommodations : Retreat Center provides individual rooms with beds, sheets, and blankets. Restrooms are communal, but youth and adults have separate showering spaces. Bring your own towel.

Below is our Annual Emergency Medical Care Form. For your convenience, we have embedded it into the general retreat registration form. However, this is technically a separate form which is why you have to type your name and email again. It has a GREEN "Submit" button.

Final Instructions and Signature
Thank you for signing your child up for our retreat! There are still a couple of steps before your child is completely registered, though.

After you provide a signature below, you will automatically be redirected to sign a waiver for St. Felix. This is a required form that you must complete. Please be sure to put your child's name in the "Guest Name" field. You will put your name in the "Representative Name" field and that you are a parent/guardian in the "Relationship To Guest" field.

Once you have completed the St. Felix waiver, please return to the retreat registration page on the St. Charles website (the page that you got to this form from) in order to pay the $80 registration fee. Financial aid is available.
