Kent Construction EXPO 2026 is seeking speakers to contribute to a practical, thought-provoking conference programme.

Sessions will be organised across four streams:

• Sustainable Futures: Net Zero, Retrofit & Resilient Design
• Build 4.0: Digital Construction, AI & Project Delivery
• Building Safety Act: Compliance, Risk & Accountability
• Building a Stronger Construction Future: Skills, Leadership & Business Growth

We welcome proposals that share real-world experience, innovative thinking, lessons learned and actionable insights for construction professionals.

The Kent Construction Focus Group (KCFG) is a monthly breakfast meeting organised by the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce and Hosted by members of the KCFG committee, Cheryl Causebrook and Ella Sandall.

KCFG is an opportunity for local businesses to discuss the future of Kent development, giving companies access to local knowledge, expertise and contracts. KCFG promotes the future role of Kent land development and construction businesses in the growth and development of Kent and its environment.
