Elf on the Shelf Kit Pre-Order Form

Placed in an inconspicuous box, the kids won't know what is inside! Days are in order from Day 1 to Day 25. I add a few extra days/activities in case you miss a day or would like to add a day. These kits are not all printables like most and include activities for the elves to play with. ALL FORMS AND PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 5TH!
