      Important Note:

      • Vendors set up between 7:30–9:00 AM; doors open to attendees at 9:30 AM.
      • One 6-ft table with black linen and two chairs; electricity available upon request (limited).
      • Through venue service entrance or designated vendor entry point; detailed instructions provided two weeks prior.
      • Vendors receive branded graphics to promote their participation
