    Thank you for your interest in joining our caregiving team at Circle of Care St. Louis. We hold open Interviews every Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

    At Circle of Care, we are committed to excellence, professionalism, and compassionate service. To ensure a positive first impression, all applicants are expected to:

    • Arrive on time for your scheduled interview
    • Present yourself in clean, professional attire, such as scrubs, a skirt and blouse, or slacks and a shirt
    • Maintain appropriate hygiene and a professional appearance

    What to expect during the interview:

    The interview process may take up to 1 hour. Please arrive prepared to complete all required documents and assessments.

    • Caregiver Reliability, Dependability, and Professional Boundaries Assessment

    What to Bring to Your Interview
    You may bring the following items with you or upload them through the application portal:

    • Valid government-issued photo ID
    • Social Security card (or be prepared to provide the number)
    • Certificates for any completed caregiving training
    • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, but not required)
    • CNA license, if applicable
    • Any additional certificates or professional credentials


    Professional References
    Applicants must provide two professional references that include:

    • First and last name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Relatives cannot be used as references.

  • Please review our pay schedule before scheduling your interview.

    Starting pay is determined by verified caregiving experience, credentials, and proof of consistent employment history.

    Pay Rates:

    • $16.00/hour – Less than 6 months of verifiable caregiving experience
    • $16.50/hour – At least 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience
      it needs to be verifiable
    • $17.00/hour -  Minimum of 2 years of verifable paid experience providing non medical caregiving services.           
    • $18.00/hour – Active CNA or PCA with 5+ years of consistent advanced personal care experience with no major employment gaps

    Eligible applicants may qualify for a $250 sign-on bonus.

    All experience and credentials must be verified during the hiring process. Applicants whose pay expectations exceed this scale or who do not meet the required experience criteria may not be selected for employment at this time.
