I understand that this statement of complaint is being submitted to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office and may be the basis for a criminal investigation. Further, I truthfully declare and affirm that the facts contained herein are complete, accurate and true to the best of my knowledge and belief. Further, I declare and affirm that my statement has been made by me voluntarily without persuasion, coercion or promise of any kind.

I understand that under the policy of the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office the faces of this complaint will be investigated by the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office Towing Liaison in accordance with YPSO Policy and Procedure GO 2- 33. The owner of vehicle has 90 days from the date of tow to make an official complaint with the YPSO. The YPSO Towing Liaison has 30 days to investigate the complaint and determine a finding.
