    Deadline for 2027 consideration is October 1, 2026.
  • Discernment Committees will meet in person monthly from January 2027 through at least June 2027. If you are recommended to proceed, the interview weekend will be held Oct. 1-2, 2027, at Bellwether Farm.

  • This form will serve as your official application for entering discernment and will be retained in your permanent file.

    Please complete the boxes below and attach your complete resume and your spiritual autobiography (click HERE for guidance on how to write a spiritual autobiography).

    You may also attach your clergy-in-charge's letter of recommendation or have them email it to the Canon for Leadership Development, Mr. Russ Tripi at rtripi@dohio.org. Note: The sponsoring cleric must have known the applicant for at least one year and must continue to serve as clergy-in-charge throughout the aspirant phase of the diocesan process.

    These forms will be shared with others throughout the discernment process.
