Booking & Payment

Full payment is required before work begins for projects up to $500. Projects over $500 require a 50% deposit.

Timeline / Turnaround

Turnaround is 3–10 business days and begins once payment and all required content are received.

Revisions

Up to 3 revision rounds are included. New concepts or major changes may incur an additional fee.

Rush Fee

Rush projects are subject to availability and a $100 rush fee.

Files & Communication

Final files are delivered digitally after full payment. Source files are not included unless stated. Messages outside business hours may have a delayed response.

Client Materials

Clients must provide accurate content and usable files. Recreating or replacing materials may incur an additional fee.

Portfolio Use

Completed designs may be used for portfolio and social media unless privacy is requested before work begins.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once design work has started.
