Every package includes a customized study plan, regular progress check-ins, and test-day strategies for timing, prioritization, and the toughest questions. Sessions can be used for SAT, ACT, CLT, or PERT prep — in person in Niceville, Fort Walton, or Crestview, or fully online.

    Package purchases are non-refundable. However, sessions never expire and may be used at any time. In the rare event that we are unable to find a suitable tutor rematch, a refund may be considered.

  • Package Usage & Additional Session Charges

    By purchasing a tutoring package, you acknowledge that the package includes only the number of sessions specified at the time of purchase. It is the client's responsibility to monitor their remaining sessions.

    If tutoring services continue after all package sessions have been used, any additional sessions will be billed at the applicable per-session rate unless a new package has been purchased in advance. By scheduling, attending, or allowing a student to attend sessions beyond the purchased package, you agree to pay for all additional sessions and any applicable fees.

    Niceville Tutoring will make reasonable efforts to notify clients when a package is nearing exhaustion; however, the inability to reach a client or the absence of a notification does not waive the client's responsibility for payment of services rendered. Clients are responsible for all tutoring sessions attended, regardless of whether a package has remaining sessions.
