AI for Food Security Working Group

AI for Food Security Working Group Nomination Form
Please fill in the following information to be considered or nominate an expert for the working group, a multi-disciplinary group of AI researchers and food security practitioners focused on developing criteria for AI benchmarks tackling food security challenges.

Who we are looking for
- AI researchers from any sector who have experience developing, using, or designing benchmarks and who are interested in working in an interdisciplinary problem space.
- Food security experts who specialize in food system administration, land governance, or participatory policy in the food space.
Commitment

Working group members will be expected to contribute around 10 total hours of work over Q2 and Q3 of 2026 (attending two 1-hour virtual calls in Q2 of 2026 and reviewing and commenting on documents asynchronously). There may be additional opportunities to participate in in-person convenings hosted by the Aspen Institute and partner organizations. Working group members will be publicly named on the Aspen Digital website.
