Conference Session Proposal

CCPG appreciates the talent among our membership and encourages members to submit themselves for presentations. Kindly note, CCPG members are traditionally not reimbursed for hotel or travel as it is expected that they would be attending the symposium anyway. All presenters are invited to choose a charity to receive a donation from CCPG in the presenter's name. This will be addressed in contract form as we get closer to the event. Funding travel and hotel for presenters outside the Chicagoland region who are not CCPG members is considered on a case by case basis. Please submit this form and the committee will reach out to discuss fees as we narrow down topics and speakers. Thank you!
