SECTION A
1) Please complete and submit the Concert Performer Entry Form below to let us know that you would like to perform in our 2026 concert. Concert places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and your concert place will not be secure until we receive full payment for the concert.
2) From the date you submit the Concert Performer Entry Form to us, you will have until your next lesson to make full payment for the Concert, if we do not receive full payment for the concert by your next lesson your concert place will be available for others to book and you will have to submit a new Concert Performer Entry Form to us.
3) The payment due for the concert is £25 in cash only.
4) The payment of £25 for the concert is not refundable.
5) Please make payment to your teacher in a clearly labelled enveloped named concert and with the performers full name on it or post your payment through our main house letter box (not the one on our gate) in a clearly labelled enveloped named concert and with the performers full name on it and send a text to 07454550095 with the student's name and a few words to say you have posted the concert payment though our letter box.
6) Once we get your Concert Performer Entry Form, we will send you a message by email to let you know we have received your Concert Performer Entry Form. Once we receive your full payment for the concert, we will send you a message by email to let you know we have received your payment, and your place in the concert is booked and confirmed.
