me for promotional material, advertising, and on their World Wide Web Site,
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media site without further
consideration, and I acknowledge Wardlaw Orthodontics right to crop or treat the
photographs at their discretion. I also acknowledge that Wardlaw Orthodontics
may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion
at a later date.
I agree to waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. I also
understand that once my image is used by Wardlaw Orthodontics on the above
named sites, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. Therefore,
agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the following:

Wardlaw Orthodontics reserves the right to discontinue use of photos and/or
quotes without notice.
Wardlaw Orthodontics will never release full name or personal information
of any person agreeing to have their photographs used for our promotional
purposes.
