Registration Deadline: November 3rd, 2025
Cost: $40/per 10x10 space, maximum of 2 spaces per vendor
Confirmation: You are not confirmed until payment is received.We will only contact you if your application is NOT accepted.

Setup: Starts at 10:00am Saturday morning
Door Prize: If you would like to donate a door prize, please include what you would like to donate and the estimated market value in the description section below. Tax deductible receipts will be provided at the event.
· Vendor slots are filled on a first-come first serve bases.
· You may have 1 or 2 tables for your display.
· If you need wall space, you may bring shelves, lattice or display boards to put behind the table(s) we provide.
· You will be responsible for providing your own tablecloths to cover your tables
· You will need to provide your own extension cords or anything your merchandise display will need.
We make every effort to reserve the space you request. Manzanita Outreach is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we will provide a watchman for the time between setup and event service.
