EXHIBITOR AND SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
Mississippi Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics will host a three-day 2026 Spring CME Conference: Coasting for the Kids: The Growing Games of Pediatrics, March 27th - 29th at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino, 151 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi, MS 39530. This program includes pediatricians and medical professionals in the State of Mississippi and surrounding states. Exhibitors and Sponsors will be given an opportunity to exhibit their products in a formal, structured setting and increase your company's visibility and build solid business relationships with leaders and decision makers.

All sponsors and exhibitors will have access to a table-top booth during the conference. Additionally, sponsors will be given the opportunity to host a product theater. A Product Theater is a chance to market your products or services to our targeted audience of medical professionals and decision-makers. Sponsors must reserve a product theater for Sunday, March 29th.
