SAME Conference 2026: Christian Nurses as Influencers
Abstract submission guidelines

NCFI SAME Region invites you to submit an Abstract for Presentation for the Regional Conference: Christian Nurses as influencers. Abstracts that are accepted will be asked to be made into Presentations to be delivered at the Conference, taking place November 19-22 2026, and will also be published in conference proceedings and available on the NCFI website.

Abstract submissions that are not considered acceptable as presentations may be offered the opportunity to be submitted as a poster. If you would prefer to submit your abstract as a poster rather than as an oral presentation please indicate below.

Abstracts will only be accepted from those who have registered for the conference.

All abstracts for SAME 2026: 'Christian Nurses as Influencers', must be submitted electronically.

Plan your abstract with the understanding that presentations will be allocated 20 minutes with 5 minutes for questions. Workshops will be allocated one hour. Posters will be on display during the conference.

Full guidelines for presentations and posters will be sent out with acceptance notifications.

Abstract Submission Deadline: July 31st 2026

Acceptance Notification: August 28th 2026

Full Presentation, Power point / script. Submission Deadline: October 31st 2026

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

1.       The abstract should be presented in English

2.       The topic must be related to the main themes of the conference

3.       The content should be precise and clear

4.       The abstract should not exceed 350 words.

If the abstract exceeds 350 words it will not be accepted.

5.       References should not be included

6.       Between 3 and 10 key words are needed.

Format for the Abstract

Main Theme: 'Leaving a foot print: Christian nurses as influencers'

The abstract should be formatted in Times New Roman with a 12 point font

Please note that if these guidelines are not followed and the abstract exceeds 350 words it will not be accepted.
