If your application is approved, participation is contingent upon attending a mandatory safety meeting. The primary group contact and all vehicle drivers must attend one of the sessions below. Failure to have a representative at one of these sessions will result in forfeiture of your spot in the parade.

- Pick up your vehicle credentials and lineup package.
- Learn your assigned staging spot.
- Get detailed instructions for parade day arrival.
