    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Number Spinner service ("Service"), provided by Othos Telecom (Pty) Ltd ("Provider" By using the Service, the Customer agrees to these Terms.

    1. Service Description The Number Spinner is a SIP proxy that dynamically assigns outbound Caller IDs (CLIs) from a pool of available numbers to improve call

    Customer must use the Service in compliance with all applicable telecommunications regulations (including ICASA, POPIA, GDPR, FCC, or equivalent local laws Customer is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required licenses, consents, or registrations. The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: unsolicited bulk marketing ("spam"), harassment, fraud, or impersonation.

    Provider will not resell or share Customer data with third

    parties, except where legally required.

    Provider reserves the right to update or amend these Terms by giving written notice or posting updates on its website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [South Africa / Insert Applicable Jurisdiction].

    6. Service Availability & Support

    The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be subject to downtime for maintenance or unforeseen events. Provider offers standard support during business hours. Enhanced support plans may be available upon request.

I further confirm that I am legally entitled to represent the Company/Close Corporation/Partnership/Trust/Sole Proprietor. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the clauses and policies as outlined in the Othos Telecom terms and conditions, and agree and accept that they form part of this agreement. I acknowledge and accept that, by completing this form and submitting same to Othos I offer to conclude an Agreement with Othos on the terms and conditions as set out herein. Such offer shall be open for acceptance by Othos for a period of 14 (fourteen) days during which time this offer shall be irrevocable and, upon acceptance by Othos, a binding Agreement will come into existence on the terms and conditions as set out in this document together with its annexures.
