    Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    Setup Begins: 8:00 to 8:30 AM
    All stations must be ready for Health Department Inspection by: 10:00 AM (time could change)
    Teardown Deadline: 8:00 PM

    What’s Included in Your Booth Fee

    • All required permits and compliance fees, including the temporary tattoo establishment permit and biomedical waste handling.
    • Client consent forms will be provided by FARTS
    • Biomedical transportation will be handled by FARTS (but you must bring your own sharps)
    • Shared access to tables and chairs provided by the venue.
    • Sanitation supplies such as green soap, hand sanitizer, and biomedical cleaners such as Opti-Cide
    • A tattooing space inside the Oviedo Mall Community Room.

    Artist Responsibilities: Please read thoroughly!

    • All flash must be original artwork created by you; no traced, reworked, or borrowed designs. Fan art is totally fine, as long as it’s drawn in your own style and not copied from another artist’s work.
    • You may have up to 2 flash sheets, but have 1 main flash page that you want advertised on social media and the Goblin Market newsletter.
    • Bring your own tattoo furniture (chairs, tattoo tables, armrests, etc.).
    • Bring your own tattoo machines, inks, and setup items.
    • Bring your own sharps bins.
    • Manage your own pricing, bookings, and client payments.
    • Follow all Florida Department of Health regulations, including proper sterilization, barrier use, and sharps disposal.
    • Display your active Florida Tattoo License or Guest Artist Registration at your station.
    • Lighting up to or exceeding 1000 lumens. Ring light or headlamp
    • If you plan to sell merch, it’s strongly recommended that you bring a plus one or assistant to help manage your sales while you’re tattooing. The event organizer will not be responsible for handling your merch transactions.

     

     

  • EXTRA INFO

    All artists will be assigned a color for the event. Your station will be marked with a matching tablecloth provided by F.A.R.T.S, and you’ll also receive color-coded stickers for any flash or paperwork you display. This system helps keep the space organized and makes it easy for clients to find your station and artwork.

    F.A.R.T.S is a collaborative event. While your flash, bookings, and transactions are your own, you’ll be working in close quarters with fellow artists. Please be mindful of your space, be respectful of one another, and remember to have fun. We’re all here to share the chaos, meet new clients, and create a good experience together.
